BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
IMPORTANT NOTICE-OUR FLOWER WORKSHOPS AND COURSES ARE PRE-BOOK EVENTS.
PRE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL AND SPACES ARE LIMITED!
We require FULL PAYMENT prior to class.
Workshops and courses can be booked by phone contacting Susan on 01626-200767 or by email please go to our 'Contact' website page.
Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or card payment.
Upon booking your place at a session, we will send you a booking form.
Due to the nature and the availability of places on our workshops, full fees are non-refundable once taken. However, if you find yourself unable to attend your flower workshop/flower course we will do our best to accommodate you please read the following---
14 Days or more cancellation-
If you change your mind about your flower workshop or course we are happy to refund your payment minus a £10.00 booking fee or you can exchange the session/s only if we are notified up to 14 days before the actual workshop/course date.
Cancellation within 14 days-
If we are notified within 14 days before the actual workshop/course date, we will be happy to exchange however we cannot offer a refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours -
If the cancellation takes place within 48 hours of the workshop/course date we are unable to offer a refund OR an exchange.

‘Our’ Cancellation of Workshop
In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel a workshop.
If this does occur, we will give you as much prior notice as possible and will refund your PAYMENT IN FULL or see if we can accommodate you on an alternative date if you prefer.
Also, please note that all courses are subject to student numbers and will only run if sufficient numbers are achieved. Love to be Green reserves the right to cancel a workshop or course if insufficient student numbers are recruited.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Safety of Learners when working under their Tutors instructions-
We recommend you exercise sensible caution whilst undertaking any activity when attending our Love to be Green Floral Design Workshops.
At the beginning of the session you will be given a short Health and Safety Awareness talk. More details will be on your booking form for you to read.
Materials within the photos displayed are for advertisement purposes and a guide. Materials may differ slightly to those shown due to seasonal availability.
During the workshops we like to take photographs of participant work.We will not take photos of the participant unless they are happy for us to do so. Sometimes the images will be used in out teaching portfolio or posted on social media to advertise our classes. Should a participant prefer their work not be published in this way please inform your Tutor.
With Love to be Green Designer Florist you can rest assured that none of your details will be shared with any other companies for marketing purposes, without your consent.
